Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy
14-Day Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the last item of your order.

Returning Your Items After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated at the time of your return request.
Refunds Once we receive your returned items, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard outbound shipping costs, within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase.
Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded
